HOW DO I BOOK?

WILL I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes please. To book with us and to secure your event date, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $200.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE BALANCE?

 

The balance is required 14 days before the date of your event. But you can pay earlier if you wish, or via instalments before the day. Just let us know what works for you. 

 

HOW EARLY OR LATE CAN I BOOK?

We have early birds booking their booth over a year in advance and we also get plenty of last minute calls. The earlier the better but if you are wanting to hire a photo booth for any event, please contact us and if we are able to help, we will.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?

It is best to allocate an area of 2m x 1m for the photo booth and props table (The booth itself is 180cm long x 80cm wide. We will liase with your venue contact person prior to your event about assigning an appropriate area for the photo booth. 

 

 

WHEN WILL THE BOOTH BE SET UP?

We usually arrive 1 hour before the agreed start time and set up the booth. It doesn’t take long at all. However if the situation requires, we can set up prior for a small fee. We will liase with staff at your event venue to organise the best time for them

 

HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN WE TAKE?

 

You can take as many as you like, there’s no limit! 

 

DO YOU OFFER NON-ATTENDED PACKAGES?

 

No, we have heard lots of horror stories about unattended booth hires. Something small like a printer jam can become such a big issue when there isn’t a attendant there to fix it for you straight away, Attendants also assist in keeping the area neat and tidy, providing extra copies of prints, help with the guestbook and provide great customer service. You will find some companies who do offer unattended, but personally, we do not recommend this.

 

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

 

Melbourne, Geelong, Werribee and surrounds are our main serviced areas, but we have travelled out as far as Warrnambool, Ararat, Bendigo & Echuca so we are usually happy to travel to most areas of Victoria if possible. Please contact us for a quote!

CAN MY PRINTS BE CUSTOMISED?

Absolutely. We can add logos, text and any graphic to compliment your event and make it unique. We will contact you a couple of weeks prior to your event to organise this with you. 

 

CAN WE HAVE BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOS?

 

Absolutely, we offer 6 Instagram style filters. So at the end of each session, before your guests select “print” they can choose a beauty filter, including black & white, or various others. A different filter can be chosen for every single print.

Girls love our filter options......guys couldn't care less :)

THE PICS ON THIS SITE LOOK GREAT! ARE THEY ACTUALLY OF & FROM YOUR BOOTHS?

Yes absolutely! We actually get this question quite a bit.

All the awesome looking pics of people in photo booths are from our booths and pics of photo booths/prop are also ours.

What you see is what you get. 

OTHER COMPANIES BOOTH DON'T GO UPSTAIRS - DO YOURS?

Yep, our large enclosed booth can go upstairs due to their fold down modular system.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN THE BOOTH?

Our enclosed style photo booth usually fits about 5-6 people easily. But we have a few amazing pics with 13 and they are just great!
